(at " The Poplars" )
Toss: Won by Findon
Bottom-of-the-table Ansty are still looking for their first win of the season after losing at home to Findon by 7 wickets. Having been put in, Ansty started briskly with David Croydon hitting 32, but James Iago produced a devastating bowling spell that ripped through the heart of the home batting. Ansty were 54 for 1, then 54 for 4 with Iago taking all the wickets to fall. Julius Kiruba offered resistance with a stubborn maiden Ansty fifty with 82 off 76 deliveries which included 15 fours. Neil Waller returned to take 3 for 29 and Iago finished with 5 for 34 as Ansty lost their last four wickets for just five runs. John Rogers set about a swift reply, by hitting 62 with Iago (46no) and Alistair Shackman (35no) seeing Findon home. Neil Machin took 2 for 51 for the hosts.
