Ansty II recorded a 4-wicket home win over Hurstpierpoint with seven balls remaining. Skipper Brian Fletcher took 3 for 18 as Hurst were dismissed for 149. Lawson and Parsons top scored for the visitors with 26 apiece. In reply, Jon Hill struck 44 and Neil Crickmore, playing against his Saturday team-mates, scored an unbeaten 42 with young Paul Mountain scoring a brisk 18. Mamony and Lawson claimed two wickets apiece.
