Tuesday May 22nd 2007 Haywards Heath U11 v Ansty U11 Under 11 NMS League (at Haywards Heath) Ansty Under 11 triumphed by 68 runs in this local derby through a strong all-round team performance. Having won the toss and batted on a fine, sunny evening, each Ansty partnership put on at least 15 runs in their four overs with the top scorers being Will Wright (18 not out), Ben Hewitt (15) and Will Glenn (14 not out). The reply never really got going in the face of some miserly bowling. While there were too many wides, each Ansty bowler performed well with a wicket apiece to Edward Coombs, Liam Fitzpatrick, Jake Wilson, Nick Jarvis and Charlie Burt. The home side finished on 236-5 in a match played in good spirit.   Ansty won by 68 runs
