SAYL League Ansty U-11 v Brighton & Hove U11 Played at Staplefield on Sunday July 8th 2007 With a few key players missing, Ansty U 11 unfortunately lost their unbeaten record in the SAYL League to Brighton and Hove in a nail-biting finish at Staplefield on Sunday. Ansty were put in to bat and scored 264-5.   Sam Palser top scored with 26, with valuable contributions by Dylan Howell (13 not out), Todd Haufek (13 not out) and Tim Hollis (11 not out).   When the visitors batted, captain William Wright led the bowling attack with 2 wickets, with contributions by Maxime Saxena (1 wicket maiden and 1 maiden), Haufek (1 wicket) and Tim Hollis (1 wicket).   As tension mounted the scores were tied with one ball to go, but B& H managed to score 2 runs off the last delivery to finish on 266-5 and win a thrilling encounter by 2 runs.   Ansty lost by 2 runs
