Saturday 12th May 2007 Barns Green v Ansty U10 Identilam League (at Barns Green) Ansty under 10s lost by 46 runs to a well drilled Barns Green under 10s. Despite most Ansty players making runs wickets came by some very accurate bowling. One bowler (name unknown) who plays with the Northern Lights took 7 wickets each one being bowled by the fast right hand seamer. Set 266 to win on a wet pitch, the Ansty colts never looked comfortable with the fierce bowling from the opposition despite good running between the wickets and 6 nicely hit 4s. Milo Harper 12 and Jasper Menzies 12 n.o. top scored. Ansty lost by 46 runs
