Saturday, 13th May BURGESS HILL III v ANSTY III Stoner Mid-Sussex League Division 3 (at Belmont Close, Hassocks) Toss: Won by Ansty III Brian Still (30), colt Mark Dale (25) and Llew Boshoff (21) were the only Ansty 3rd XI players to reach double figures as they struggled at Hassocks against Burgess Hill III. Ben Hopkins took 3 for 27 as Ansty made 119 for 8. The visitors restricted the Hill reply as the home side reached 70 for 5 with Peter Fowles taking 3 for 16, but an unbroken stand for the next wicket of 50 by Paul Thorpe (36) and Simon Pearce (22) led Burgess Hill to a 5-wicket victory.
