Billingshurst’s Aussie Shane Maggs had Ansty reeling when he took 7 for 36 to reduce the home side to 114 all out after Richard Nichols (37) and Tom Benham (40) had put on 54 for the opening wicket. Despite two wickets apiece for Neil Machin and Shaun Janman, Billingshurst kept up their title hopes with a six-wicket win. Opener Will Gooda, who was dropped on 7, went on to score a match-winning 45no.
