Saturday, 7th May 2005 BILLINGSHURST v ANSTY Sussex Invitation League Division One (at Station Road, Billingshurst) Toss: Won by Billingshurst Ansty suffered their second successive 6-wicket defeat of the new season having won promotion last year.  Billingshurst put their visitors in and an opening partnership of 64 disguised what was to follow.  Chris Nutter hit a solid 40 before being dismissed leg before which started a collapse.  Billingshurst skipper Andy Welfare bowled throughout the innings and took 5 for 44 as the middle order was sent back to the pavilion.  Aussie Shane Maggs took 4 for 46 as Ansty finished on 138 for 9.  Darren Senadhira (31) offered some resistance.  In reply, despite Ansty skipper Shaun Janman's 3 for 32, Billingshurst romped home with 17 overs to spare with Cedric Lynch thumping a brisk 52no off just 36 balls.
